1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using ClawDuck's website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our services. We may update these terms from time to time; your continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

2. Description of Services

ClawDuck provides a platform to deploy and operate AI agents (including OpenClaw-based agents) with managed infrastructure, model credits, and integrations (e.g., Telegram). We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services with reasonable notice where feasible.

3. Account and Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use our services. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us promptly of any unauthorized use.

4. Payment and Subscription

Fees for subscriptions and usage are as described on our pricing page and at checkout. You agree to pay all applicable fees. Subscription fees may include allocated credits for model usage and infrastructure; unused credits may not roll over unless otherwise stated. We may change pricing with advance notice. Refunds are handled according to our refund policy stated at purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any illegal, harmful, or abusive purpose. You must not violate any applicable laws, infringe others' rights, distribute malware, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our or third-party systems. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

6. Intellectual Property and Licenses

ClawDuck and its licensors retain all rights in the platform, software, and branding. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive license to use our services in accordance with these terms. You retain rights to your content and configurations; you grant us the license necessary to operate and improve our services.

7. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, beyond the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in such cases our liability is limited to the maximum permitted by law.
